Intro Series & Reformer Groups

  • Learn the ropes in this 4-class, group-prep series. Gather the basic Pilates principles, exercise repertoire and equipment know-how to prepare you for Reformer One classes.

    Our Intro Series is designed to challenge from Day One and is not appropriate for every new student. Those working with injuries or medical conditions that may demand specialized attention should inquire with us prior to signing up to determine if this series is the right fit.

  • This ongoing class is the next step for those who have graduated from the Intro to Reformer One Series. As your knowledge base of exercises grows and you gain confidence in your technique, you’ll start to experience the incredible multifold benefits of Pilates firsthand.

    Intro to Reformer Series or equivalent private session experience and instructor approval are required. Gentle Reformer Two students wishing to advance may also enter this level with instructor approval.

  • Explore a wide array of inspiring material including jumping variations, inversions like Short Spine and Long Spine, and dynamic movements like Semicircle, Snake and Twist in this intermediate-level, ongoing class. Some classes incorporate Pilates chair work.

    Reformer One or equivalent private session experience and instructor approval are required.

  • An innovative and demanding sequence; this advanced class delivers on multiple levels through an ever-changing flow of Pilates repertoire infused with deep, experiential inquiry into movement, breath and awareness. Glide from reformer to chair to mat and more. Class is ongoing.

    Instructor approval required for participation.

Gentle Reformer Groups

  • Creative, fun, and sequenced for safety, Gentle Reformer One classes take on core and joint stability, flexibility, and balance in an accessible format that meets you where you are. Class is ongoing.

    A minimum of two private sessions or participation in our Intro to Gentle Reformer Series is required prior to entering Gentle Reformer One classes.

  • A moderately paced workout for the more experienced Gentle student. Reinforce and expand your skill set through more advanced exercise variations and new challenges. Class is ongoing.

    Gentle Reformer One or equivalent private session experience and instructor approval are required. Students looking for a faster-paced class may move on to Reformer One with instructor approval.

Other Equipment Classes

  • For experienced Pilates practitioners seeking variety and an even stronger core, Mixed-Level Chair presents a fresh way to work those muscles you didn’t know you had. Get ready for a fun sequence that will add balance and grit to your Pilates routine. Class is ongoing.

    Reformer One or equivalent private session experience and instructor approval are required. Prior exposure to basic chair-specific work recommended.
