Private Pilates
Private sessions are the time-tested and traditional way to begin Pilates. Often the best launchpad for clients who are dealing with injuries or health concerns, they’re also an incredible way to address specific sports-related skills. Duet sessions are another great option you might consider. Enjoy all the benefits of private sessions with the added fun and cost savings of practicing with a friend.
Group Pilates
One thing that distinguishes Pike & Plank’s group classes is our commitment to individual attention. Class size is limited to allow for the subtlety of the Pilates technique to have full effect even in the group environment. You’ll love the camaraderie of group classes. Plain and simple, they’re fun! Multiple levels and specialty classes round out our schedule, helping you to keep your workouts fresh and your motivation high.
